Santa Barbara SC Junior Coaches Program

Scroll down to see our Junior Coaches!

The goal of this program is to develop the players of today to be the leaders of tomorrow.

SBSC is seeking current High School (2006 & older age players) to participate in our ‘Junior Coaching Program’. This is the perfect opportunity to complete your high school required community service hours, learn the coaching trade and work with the youth in the community.  Junior Coaching Program members will have the opportunity to take in valuable lessons by participating in the club’s youth development and mentorship training while becoming a role model for youth soccer players in the Santa Barbara community.

All interested and qualified players will have the opportunity to work within our developmental programs; Players Academy, League, and Futsal.

“The club is committed to developing soccer at the grassroots level in conjunction with cultivating aspiring young high school age ‘Jr Coaches’ to develop a passion and strong disciplines towards coaching and youth development.” – Gregory Wilson (Director of Coaching).
